You can go from zero to a fully tracked, encrypted file delivery in under five minutes. This guide walks you through creating your Sinosend account and sending your first transfer — step by step.

Before you begin

You’ll need a valid email address and the file (or files) you want to send. Sinosend supports all file types. There’s no software to install — everything runs in your browser.

Send your first file

1

Create your account

Go to app.sinosend.com and click Sign Up. Enter your name, email address, and a strong password — or sign up instantly with your Google account.
Already have an account? Click Log In instead and skip ahead to Step 3.
2

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Sinosend. Click the Verify Email button in the message. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or click Resend verification email on the confirmation screen.
You must verify your email before you can send transfers. The verification link expires after 24 hours.
3

Choose a plan or start your free trial

After verification you’ll be prompted to choose a plan. Select Personal, Pro, or Business — or click Start Free Trial to explore all paid features for 7 days at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can also continue on the Free tier to send files up to 5 GB right away.
4

Create a new transfer

From your dashboard, click New Transfer. The transfer composer opens.
  • Add files — drag and drop files into the upload area, or click Browse to select them from your device. You can add multiple files and folders.
  • Add recipients — enter one or more recipient email addresses in the To field. Separate multiple addresses with a comma or press Enter after each one.
5

Configure optional settings

Expand Options to customize your transfer before sending:
SettingWhat it does
Expiry dateSets how long the download link stays active. Defaults to 7 days on free tier; unlimited on paid plans.
PasswordAdds a password recipients must enter before downloading.
Data regionChooses which Sinosend data center stores the file — useful for data-residency compliance.
MessageAdds a personal note displayed to recipients in the delivery email.
For sensitive trade documents, enable both a password and a specific data region to meet compliance requirements in your industry.
6

Send the transfer

Click Send. Sinosend encrypts your files with AES-256 and uploads them to your chosen data center. Each recipient immediately receives an email containing a secure, unique download link.
Large files may take a moment to upload depending on your connection speed. Keep the browser tab open until the upload completes and you see the Transfer Sent confirmation.
7

Track delivery from your dashboard

Open the Transfers tab in your dashboard to monitor your delivery in real time.
  • Delivered — the email was successfully sent to the recipient.
  • Opened — the recipient clicked the link and viewed the transfer page.
  • Downloaded — the recipient downloaded one or more files.
Click any transfer to see a full activity log, including timestamps and geolocation data showing where the download occurred.
Enable browser notifications in your account settings to get instant alerts the moment a recipient opens or downloads your transfer.
