Every file stored on Sinosend is encrypted at rest using AES-256 — the same standard used by financial institutions worldwide.

All data moving between your browser, the Sinosend platform, and your recipients is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.

Bank-Grade End-to-End Encryption

Two-Factor Authentication

Protect your Sinosend account with 2FA using any TOTP-compatible authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

Store files in the EU, request a Data Processing Agreement, and exercise your right to full data deletion — all from your account settings.

Full Audit Trails

Every file operation is logged with a timestamp, actor identity, IP address, and geo-location so you have a complete record of activity.

Custom Retention Rules

Set automated deletion policies per transfer or at the account level so files are removed as soon as they are no longer needed.
